Citrotech in Utah
Only certified Citrotech partner in Utah. Four T's LLC installs the Citro Safe fire retardant sprinkler system, applies Citrotech fire retardant treatments, and builds the defensible space and home hardening that make the treatment count — for homeowners along the Wasatch Front and the surrounding areas.
Most wildfire damage to a home happens in the minutes before the fire arrives, when wind-blown embers land on a deck, a roofline or a juniper hedge. That is the window this work is designed for, and it is why we treat protection as part of the landscape rather than an add-on.

How it works
Three steps, one crew
Walk the property
Mark comes out, walks the structure and the slope above it, and notes where embers and fuel actually build up — decks, siding, roofs, juniper and the fence line.
Design the protection
You get one plan that combines the Citro Safe sprinkler system, fire retardant treatments where they matter, and defensible space that still looks like a finished yard.
Install and maintain
Our own crew installs and services it — the same people who built the landscape, so the treatment and the hardscape stay in step season after season.
Questions homeowners ask
Citrotech in Utah, answered
What is Citrotech?
Citrotech is a fire protection company that makes fire retardant treatments and fire-rated products for homes — the kind applied to decks, siding, roofs and landscaping to slow ignition when embers arrive. Four T's installs and maintains those products for Utah homeowners.
What does "certified Citrotech partner" mean?
It means Citrotech has trained and certified the installer to apply and service its products correctly. Four T's LLC is the only certified Citrotech partner in the state of Utah, so homeowners here can get the products installed without driving out of state.
What is the Citro Safe fire retardant sprinkler system?
It's an exterior sprinkler system that delivers fire retardant rather than plain water, covering the roof, walls and the immediate yard so a structure is protected during the ember storm that usually starts a home fire.
Do I still need defensible space if I have the treatment?
Yes. The retardant buys time on the surfaces it covers; clearing and reducing fuel around the structure is what keeps heat away from those surfaces in the first place. We design both together, so the yard still looks finished.
Is the fire solution safe to use around my yard?
The Citrotech fire solution is EPA Safer Choice recognized and GREENGUARD Gold certified. Ask Mark for the current product details and label directions for your specific situation before application.
